    My daughters pc (a dell running windows xp), wont allow me to restore to an earlier point , (it just comes up as a blank box, so does the mcafee antivirus). We sometimes need to restore to get back the internet connection from the router downstairs. Tried to do it in the safe mode but still the same.   Help please !
