  • Paid good money for a Microsoft product and when I when to load it all went to #$%$. called support more then a dozen times with no luck. put on hold a number of times only to get disconnected. promised call back, but they never got any call backs. its be a month as far and still without my MS product. The magic words from support is level II is working it, and when I ask to talk to level II the statement is "They don't have phones". I wish I could fine one person a MS that was "Responsible and Accountable"
