Hello, Shari
Judging from the report, it appears that your BIOS is not reporting a valid SLIC table. To quickly get re-activated, you can use the product key from the Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) sticker on the computer.
If you have a laptop, the sticker should be located on the bottom or possibly in the battery compartment. If you have a desktop, it is usually on one of the sides near a corner.
After locating the sticker, make note of the product key and go to Start, right click Computer then choose Properties. In the System window, under the Windows activation section click Change product key and type in the key from the CoA sticker then follow the prompts. You will need to choose Phone activation. After calling the activation line do not enter any information and a support agent should come on the line and help you get activated.
