Ablity to have Editable field in Completed order.. RRS feed

    Hi,

    I am scratching my head on this one.

    The Customer want to be able to have 1 Field editable all the way from Quote to Order, to Invoice.

    I can do the Quote and order side, but when the order is completed and invoiced the order screen is locked in read only; I don't want to run a work flow to unlock the whole screen as its just one field that could change.

    Does that make sense?

    Hello,

    Once order is completed it turned to read-only. My suggestion - create related entity and store that information inside one of fields of that entity. If customer wants exactly field - develop a webresource that will be shown when record is read-only and show information from related entity.
