  • have purchased another live one care on my kids computer, how do i change over to that live one account and update?

  • I'm going to make an assumption as to what you mean, so please correct me if I am wrong and I will unmark this post as answer.

     

    You had a OneCare subscription that expired using LiveID "A" on your PC.

    You installed OneCare on your kid's PC and activated with LiveID "B".

    OneCare is currently expired on your PC, associated with the original subscription.

     

    If the above is true, then uninstall OneCare from your PC, reinstall from http://onecare.live.com and activate with LiveID "B" to associated it with the new subscription.
