RPC Error 1722: RPC Server Unavailable

Question
-
Hi,
I'm having a problem trying to run Veeam Backup Agent for Windows on my Server 2012 Server. The RPC service is unavailable during backup and I have validated this by running a rpcping to the IP and port the software is using, error I get is "Exception 1722" . I have already gone through and validated the registry for RPC and RPC Endpoint against other functional servers, checked dependency services and even validated that the firewall is set for Remote services are enabled. Below is the error message I get through an rpcping -s.
C:\Users\mbts>rpcping -s 192.168.0

Thank you, I have already opened a case with Veeam and since it's not their software's problem they are unable to help any further. I'll start a question on the other forum. This request can be closed now.Friday, September 15, 2017 11:22 PM
