CRM 2016 - product cross sell suggestions

  I have read about this feature being released in CRM 2016 where it will automatically make product up/cross sell recommendations to the CRM user using the Machine learning. But I am unable to find a resource/whitepaper that explains how to set this up and if this works?

  Can anyone please confirm whether this feature works. If yes, how?
