Windows 7 is my copy genuine?

I inherited a pc with windows 7.
It is now telling me the copy of windows 7 may not be genuine.
I have run the diagnostic and here are the results.

The installation is definitely counterfeit :(
The machine was manufactured in 2006 - before even Vista was released, let alone Windows 7!
The License type is OEM_SLP which is valid ONLY on windows machines manufactured by the larger manufacturers, and ONLY when that version of Windows is installed by the manufacturer.
This machine appears to have been constructed by Gateway (before they were bought out by Acer) - who never manufactured a machine for Windows 7
You need to reformat and reinstall the original OS - which would have been Windows XP - or buy a new machine, as this one is 11 years old, and will not support Windows 10, and it's quite surprising that Windows 7 runs on it!
