  • Hi Guys,

    I have an issue related to CRM Import feature and should be glad to hear your opinions on this. Data Import feature works fine for me but only for integrated CRM Security roles. If I create my own one and grant even all available rights for the role, assign it to the user - import fails on this user with security error. Even Import view "My Imports" tells me "The logged-on user does not have the appropriate security permissions to view these records or perform the specific action. ..." in the case if I navigate to Imports of my workplace. Import error looks like the same and occurs after I browse the file to import select separators' types and click "Next".

  • Dear Imran,

     

    Issue root was in absance of CRM default rights on ImportFile enity for created CRM Roles. It is a bug in CRM as was reported by our Russian consultants. Hotfix are coming from theit words.

    From our side issue was solved by inserting privileges directly in CRM DB in RolePrivileges table. Anyway thank you for your reply.
