Deployment failed RRS feed

  •   hi all,
    i have established an HeadNode and create node template by management console.
    but as i want to deploy node, the node can boot into winPE but got error inforamtion as below:
    **** Build Socket ****
    **** Connect ****
    **** a socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network (10051) ****
    **** IP address list has been exhausted from head ****

    what's problem here ?

    anyone know how to solved ?

  • The compute-node is not able to connect to the head-node on Port 9794.

    Break into the WinPE window (You may need to press CTRL-C to get a command prompt) and type:

    Check if your NIC has been assigned a valid IP address. If there are no adapters shown or no IP addresses, WinPE may not have the proper driver for your NIC. In this case you will need to provide a driver. Once you have located a compatible driver, you can load it into the HPC Deployment solution using the To-Do List in HPC Cluster Manager.

    If your NIC has been assigned a valid IP address try pinging the head-node by name. Make sure the name is resolving to the actual private-network IP address of the head-node.
