Hi i have a netbook that is running windows 7 starter. I bought it from bestbuy about a year ago then today when I turned it on it said that my windows wasnt genuine. SO how do i fix this? I read that you need this stuff...

The first thing I would like you to try is to change the Product key to the one listed on the sticker on the side, bottom (or from some laptops) in the battery compartment.
To change the Product key, click the Start button, right-click Computer and select Properties. In the Window that comes up, click the Change Product key button at the bottom of the Window. Then follow the directions of the change Product key wizard. At the ens, Activate using the By Phone method.
