Accessing Dynamic CRM Activity Feeds RRS feed

  • I just installed the Activity Feeds for our onsite version of CRM 2011.  As Administrator it works fine.  I instructed our Sales team how to get started but they cannot see the "What's New" option under My Work or Sales.  This is true in both the Outlook connector and the IE access.  I've looked at Security Roles and cannot determine what might restrict their access.  What am I missing?

    Have you checked "Post" & "Follow" under "core records" of security role.
