windows vista loading

when windows vista is loading the desktop a couple of windows appear and disappear very quickly, after this started my gateway lx6810 pc started to shut itself completly down on its own without any warning. i have a fully updated version of kaspersky antivirus 2009 installed, after scan it says no threats but shows dangerous files(primairly java files)and i cant quarinteen or disinfect them. could use some feed back here please
