Expiration of windows live one care RRS feed

  • Question

  • I just renewed my subscription about two or three months ago but it is now saying it expires in 14 days.  Can I find out when my renewal was?

  • To verify your subscription status sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com using the Live ID and password associated with your One Care subscription, select your One Care account and you can see the expiration date. If the expiration date is as expected check your computer date and time. If you reinstalled One Care when you renewed your subscription you may have the One Care trial installed. To activate, open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password asociated with your subscription and One Care will activate.
If your subscription status is not as expected at billing.microsoft.com or if none of the above helps to resolve your subscription issue please contact support. How to reach support - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/30400b52-7f26-4ba0-bc18-17e305329d90
