Actually this is a problem with the telerik editor. We're not sure whether this will first be fixed by telerik or whether we'll make serverside change to simply offer iphone/ipad users a plain edit text box (likely). No eta for this.

The issue we ran into was that the Telerik editor we're using (http://www.telerik.com/products/aspnet-ajax/editor.aspx) doesn't support iPhone and iPad, but they currently have plans to implement support.
Thanks!

Hi Jamil -
Can you please provide us more details like which forum you are trying to access and how and what error message you are getting etc...
Once we have this info we can further look into this.
Thanks for your co-operation.
Thanks!

I usually use Sharepoint forum, but i guess this problem exists in all forums as they are technically the same.
I am not getting any error message, the problem simply the keyboard control doesnt appear in iphone when i click inside the the reply box (the box I am writing in right now).
Note that I opened this thread from IPhone (you can clearly find that the thread has a title but doesnt have a body!), I guess the problem is related to HTML edittor that is used in technet forum...
I am using iPhone 3GS, firmware 4.1....
thanks for you collaboration.

After you make your empty post could you use its Edit button? Then perhaps the Edit frame's HTML button too? ; )

it seems it is a common unresolved issue:

it seems it is a common unresolved issue:
Those examples all made me think of analogous problems that I see on here trying to use Google Chrome. Sometimes when I edit a quote it loses its new input area and I have to switch to HTML mode to add a br to do a Ctrl-End to. Also, many GC users on the Hotmail forums are reporting inexplicably tiny fonts which always turns out to be magnification level set ridiculously small. So, both problems are easily worked around when you know how to use your browser. ; )

Two of those are duplicate.
Thanks for collecting them. It's good to have a list to see the different issues.
