Go to the Help Center
OneCare has encountered a problem and might not be protecting this PC.

After this I click and went to this kink:

http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/support/default.htm?keyword=supportsite

But I don't know what is wrong and how to do it?

Check the PC date and time. Right click the clock in the system tray and select adjust date and time. Verify the year, month, day. Change as needed and reboot.
If that doesn't resolve it, then follow the link Jim posted to get to support.
