  • Hi buddies,

    Is there any possibility of adding my own values to the Case Resolution Type along with its default value "Problem Solved" or can I customize the Case Resolution form by any way to add a new Picklist with the values I need to display ?

  • You can't modify the case resolution form, but you can add extra case resolution types.

    These are specified in the status reason attribute of the case enitty
