Communication banned on my entire console RRS feed

    i'm curently trying to message my friends and talk in a party it keeps saying "do to past behaviors" i cant communicate in any way, which i know is wrong because i JUST made a new xbox acount to use to message my freinds after seeing that ALL my acounts were banned without a  notification,  would like at least to have a reasonable explanation why

    ok now i just tried playing a game and found that "do to past behaviors" i can no longer do that. i'm seriously thinking about switching to playstation or pc. can some one please help me
