Service Calendar not updating Tracked in Outlook appointments RRS feed

  • Has anyone noticed the behaviour that the Service Calendar is not updating appointment times?


    Appointments that are created in Outlook and tracked, if they are moved to another time in Outlook the Service Calendar still shows the old time.


    If you double-click to open the appointment, the time is actually correct.


    Eventually it seems the Service Calendar does get updated. Some sort of caching going on?

  • We had observed the same even with Update Rollup 1 applied.  It is not just Appointments from Outlook, even if double clicking on the Appointment within the Service Calender and then updating the time takes some time to refresh.


    Must be some interval setting that controls it - unforetunately I'm not aware of such setting.  Maybe check with Microsoft CRM Support if this is a priority.
