Modify the Look Up Records dialog box RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    Is it possible to modify the 'Look Up Records' view in CRM? we want to use it to find cases, and want to search against Case Number, not the Case Title.

    Is this possible? I know this is a global lookup form etc, but is it possible to set the searchable attributes for each entity which this lookup will adhere to?
