Windows Server 2019 RDSH Max Connection Per Server

Question
-
I am configuring 2 sets of Windows RDS using Windows 2019 Server:
I can't seem to get clear answers on what the actual sizing guideline is and why 50 users is always the max.
Am following this guideline https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/blogs/iftekhar/rds-hardware-sizing-and-capacity-planning-guidance
Can anyone advise me on how much can I get from 1 server if CPU/Memory and Fastest NVMe SSD for the below
Server Hardware A
100 Remote App Users
Possible on 1 physical server ? Yes / No
If No, why? ___
Set Hardware B
100 Remote Desktop Session Host Users
Possible on 1 physical server ? Yes / No
If No, why? ___
I have read several sizing guide, and almost all seem to point to a maximum of 50 users per Windows Server
I am using Windows 2019 Server and CPU and Core is not an issue.
I am also using NVMe SSD based on PCIe 3.0
And we are trying to get the right sizing to achieve 100 concurrent users on either RemoteApp and Remote Desktop.
Where is the actual limitation factor? Is it the IOPS or is it the Windows OS that is the listing factor?- Moved by Dave PatrickMVP Friday, July 17, 2020 12:12 PM looking for forum

Windows Key + R >> Type MMC.exe >> then Control + M >> Select Group Policy Object >> then Add >> then finish >> then OK
Double click on Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Connections. Limit Number of Connections = 999999. Restrict Remote Virtual Desktop Services users to a single Remote Desktop Services session = DISABLED.Friday, July 17, 2020 12:59 PM
