HOTMAIL CONTACT PROBLEM

  When attempting to sent an email, my contacts do not show, when selecting an addressee.  What shows is "Suggested Contacts", showing only 5 contacts.  Before this problem came about, I was able to bring up my contacts and click on whomever it was I wanted to send the email to.  Can I get some help in resolving my problem?
