Microsoft crm 2013 on-premises email setup issue using server -side synchronization RRS feed

    Hi,

    I have installed microsoft dynamics crm 2013 on-premises version on windows 2008 R2 server. I am facing an issue to setup email using server-side synchronization. Following are some quick points

    1. SSL is not setup for the site
    2. CRM site is accessible on internet
    3. I have configured yahoo mail for incoming and outgoing

    Problem:
     
    User mailbox can not defined the password because "Allow to use credentials for Email Processing" is disabled ans set to No by default.

    You can't enter credentials in any record in CRM 2013 unless the CRM web site is using SSL.
