Unable to create new organization RRS feed

    Dear All,

    I am getting the following error when I am creating new organization eventhough I am a Deployment Administrator.

     

    Microsoft.Crm.CrmException: Create new Organization (Name:TestEnv, Id=......)failed with Exception:System.UnauthorizedAccessException: General Access

     

    Please anybody help me regarding this.
