Unable to create user in CRM 2015 Online SP1 RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I am Using CRM 2015 Online SP1.

    I have 4 CRM Organization under a Online Office 365 Account :
    Org1
    Org2
    Org3
    Org4

    When I am trying to create a user for Org1 CRM using below procedure :
    Open Org1 CRM  go to Setting --> Administration --> Security --> Users
    When i click new button on users forms it will go to office 365 admin page and then i added user here and provide them CRM license too.

    But when i am checking that user created for Org4 CRM, not for Org1 CRM.

    Can you please tell me that why this is happening, Is I am doing anything wrong here ?

  • Looking to get some clarification.

    So your create the user and it was created in Org 4 instead of Org1?

    Try performing this activity using in private browsing.   

    There are some browser issues that have been happening since the update, and they seem to be related to IE browser configuration within a profile.

    For instance, one CRM org would not open records, but when switched to InPrivateBrowsing the records were could be opened.

    I think you should start troubleshooting there.    I just tried to replicate your issue and everything worked.
