Can not Validate Windows Vista When Trying to Download Vista Update

My PC freezes when I try to validate Windows Vista while trying to download the following Vista update (UPDATE FOR WINDOWS VISTA (KB933824)).
I am able to validate through Windows Update etc., but not to get this update.
Any idea what is wrong?

It looks like you're validated already so there must be a problem somewhere else. Would you contact Product Support Services and ask that they send you the update in some other way? They might be able to e-mail you the file to download. Thanks!Monday, April 16, 2007 11:31 PM
