Hi, VINAY(BI Developer).
By passing 70-448, it earned you a MCTS certification. Specifically:
MCTS: Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Business Intelligence Development and MaintenanceSQL Server MCTS certification titles are listed here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/mcts-certification.aspx#syllabus-3Since you have at least one SQL 2008 MCTS title, there is an upgrade path!
First you will need to upgrade to MCSA for SQL Server 2012. Note that the MCSA titles never expire. You can upgrade by passing two exams (70-457 and 70-458) as shown here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/mcsa-sql-certification.aspx#item-2Then you can pass just two (2) more exams to earn the MCSE title, 70-466 and 70-467. Here is the page describing your full MCSE:BI upgrade path:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/mcse-sql-business-intelligence.aspx#item-2
Note that you will need to recertify this title after three (3) years. Thankfully, Microsoft made it easy by allowing to recertify by taking free online Microsoft Virtual Academy (MVA) training courses, shown here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/recertification-virtual-academy.aspx#busint-1ALTERNATE PATH: It's completely optional, but you can earn the MCSA for SQL Server 2008 by just passing one (1) more exam. You can earn the title by passing exam 70-432. Learn more here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/mcsa-sql-certification.aspx#item-3In the end, because you passed 70-448, you only need to take four (4) more exams to earn the MCSE:BI title instead of the five (5) exams that are normally required for newbies.
Good luck!
Best wishes, Davin Mickelson
