Check your PC date and time. If it is incorrect, fix it and reboot.
If OneCare remains in red status and you don't know why, please contact support:

Well I first re-started my PC.Then went to run an typed incmd and made sure winnss was set to run automatically, then tried to download MSXML 3 SP5,which was no help. Then I went to uninstall it then reinstalled Live One Care. All to no avail. I am still trying to find a solution. My subscription does not expire 'till 23 May 09.Do you have another solution?

Robert, I can't help unless I know the reason for the "At Risk" status in One Care.
