If you have a paid subscription to OneCare, that has a credit card on file, contact OneCare support at any time before that subscription is renewed (and charged to your credit card!) to cancel the subscription -

Then, uninstall OneCare from your PC and reinstall from the Qwest download site and activate per their instructions using the Qwest LiveID to start your subscription.
