covert browser date to server date with out time

  I have created a SharePoint designer workflow. and set approver with the delegation. I have pick date from the custom list(to Browser.)

  so workflow date and Browser date both are different so can manage it. the email goes to behalf of the custom list. 

  I am able to set the only date but time is auto set in a custom list. so how to fix it. set fix time with custom date.
