Cannot download templates from any office app, Even though validation is succesful...? RRS feed

  • I cant seem to download the Templates in any of the Office apps.  I keep getting a window that says my Office can not be validated.  When i run the validation tools it says "validation succesful", but it still wont let me download the templates.  I dont get it.  Can someone please help!?

    Thank you for visiting the Office Genuine Advantage (OGA) program forum.  Currently you have two versions of Office installed.   Office programs normally do not come standard on computers but are offered for an additional cost. Computer Manufacturers will often include a Trial version of Office, which allows you to use it for a limited number of uses after which, it will ask for a valid Office Product Key. Please try and uninstall Office Home and Student Version 2007. This is probably the trial version initially installed.  Next restart the system and re-validate Office. This should allow you to download templates and resume normal operations.
