  • I have a paid up Live onecare account.  Just purchased a new computer and attempted to transfer the security account.  My account info does not show that I am paid thru 9-09.  Did I do something wrong?

  • Hello Richard, I'm not sure of what you mean by "attempted to transfer the security account". I'm guessing you installed One Care on a new computer and have not activated it. To activate One Care on the new computer open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked to enter a Live ID use the Live ID and password associated with your One Care subscription. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate. If I have misunderstood your concerns please post back.
