How to get rid of Qword

  I got qword somehow on my laptop.  I need to know how to get rid of it completely.  I have purchased software that says it will get rid of it, but it doesn't.  Everytime I open internet explorer or even change pages, it pops up again under manage add ons.  It is attacking my whole computer.

   

  Can someone tell me how to get rid of it once and for all.  I have done the registry bit and such.  Even tried to go down to internet explorer 7, won't let me.  Somehow I only have 5 days of restore dates I can get to.
