Dynamics CRM Online : Server-side Email Config with Gmail RRS feed

  • Dear all,

    I am trying to configure Server-side Email config with Gmail but I am unable to get it working.

    I have a gmail account as xyz@gmail.com

    I have done the following steps:

    1. Created an Email Server Profile "GmailConfig" with the following config:

    • Server Type: Other (POP3/SMTP)
    • Incoming Mail Location: pop.gmail.com
    • Outgoing Mail Location: smtp.gmail.com
    • Authenticate using: Credentials Specified by a User or Queue
    • Use same settings for Outgoing: YES
    • Incoming Port: 995
    • Outgoing Port: 587

    2. Created a mailbox

    • Email add: xyz@gmail.com
    • Allow to use credentials for Email: YES
    • User name: xyz@gmail.com
    • Password:  xxxxxxxx
    • Server Profile: GmailConfig
    • Incoming Email:  Server-Side Synchronisation or Email Router
    • Outgoing Email: Server-side Synchronisation or Email Router
    • Appointments, Contacts, and Tasks: None

    3. Approve Email

    4. Test & Enable Mailbox

    • Incoming Mail Success
    • Outgoing mail: Error

    This mailbox is disabled for outgoing email processing. For more information, see the alerts.

    I have already enable POP3 & IMAP on my gmail account.  I have also allow "Allow less secure apps:ON"

    Can anyone help/guide me please.
