    Question

  • I just created a third email account on comcast.net and OE.  When using the "switch identity" function under the "file" tab, I can switch back and forth between my original two identities, but when I try to switch to the new identity, OE closes. When I open OE it opens on the new identity.  I can send emails to and receive from the new identity.  The only problem is the "switch identity" command does not work.  How do I correct this problem?
