Active user in office365 not active in CRM 2016 sandbox RRS feed

  • I created a sandbox, and 1 of the users who is active in the production instance is not active in the sandbox. He is active in office 365, so what could be causing this? I do not have any security groups set up.

  • Have you tried unallocating the O365 CRM license from the user and re-assigning ...may be something as simple as this.
