    Hi,

    My windows live id was correctly linked to my organization, but still when I try to access the mocl.one.microsoft.com/cwdl page to download courseware I receive this error:

    Access Denied
    The status of this subscription is inactive. You do not have permission to view this site. Should you contact Customer Service, please provide them with error code 5008 to identify this error.

    Is anyone able to help me out with this?
