I have Windows XP, using Office Professional 2003, & IE 7.
I receive business emails from a person that includes word attachments.
Some I can open, but others, I can not. I person swears that he is creating the emails and work documents from the same computer.
When I click on the attachment, nothing happens. No error message or anything.
I have confirmed that others that get this same email can open the file.
Does anyone have any ideas?
