I just wanted to let you know that your Fix It program saved my entire Vista x64 operating system. Somehow during an uninstall of a program several months ago, I lost my DVD/CD Drivers, My Media Player quit working, and my Windows Explorer kept locking
up. Vista was preloaded on my computer (Acer) and since my DVD/CD was not working, I could not restore or reinstall my system using my backup disks. Acer never replied to my requests for assistance. I had all but given up hope when I saw your fix It program
in your help center. After downloading and running the program, it instantly fixed my Media Player, DVD/CD Drive, and Windows Explorer stopped locking up! It also increased my computers speed back to when I originally purchased my computer! I am very
