I just downloaded the 90 day trial, and after restarting my computer I loaded the Windows Live CareOne program. Well it says that the Virus an Spyware Montoring is off, so I click on and it still doesn't do it. I went to the help page and tried the stop and restart the winss service, but that didn't work, it still won't turn on and it shows me the Cannot Change Virus and Spyware setting window, but then it also brings up another window which says...
