Windows Live OneCare at Risk.. needs update.

Question
-
I have paid for a year of coverage up until 05/13/2010. I sent in a question to the support group and have recieved no answer. If they will not help me then I am assuming that they should return some of my monies. I had two trojans in the last week or so and OneCare said that they were cleaned. There was a disk (Sata etc) that when I started my computer up it prompted that it could not find. I went into setup and reset to manufacturer's settings and now my OneCare will not update and in some instances says that it is not even installed on my computer. I cannot uninstall or reinstall it.. it says that it cannot find that path or that I don't have the permissions to do this. I have changed permissions several times and OneCare even attempted some sort of repair. To no avail.. Any ideas?
Thanks,

I've marked Jim's post as Answer and am moving your post to the General forum. Jim will be providing you with details on how to reach support.
If the removal of a virus caused your PC to lose a disk, that's a problem. If you reset the PC to factory defaults, then you may need to reinstall OneCare.
