    My Printer is stuck printing the same page.  I can't seem to cancel or stop it.

    This question should be asked in the Windows Answers Forum at http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows.

    Try unplugging the power cable for 1-2 minutes. Open the Printers folder for your printer and delete all the pending printing jobs.
    Then plug in the power cable, connect your printer to the PC and try printing again.
