  • there is a program on my computer called registry cleaner.  i have tried repeatedly to delete from the computer to no avail.  in the add and remove section, when highlighted and asked to remove, it sends a pop up message stating it is sorry that I have asked to delete it from the computer and then states tha tif I want to keep it and pay for it on a yearly basis they will give me a five dollar coupon.  It ask me if I want the five dollar coupon now, yes or no.  I as redirected to their site to sign up and given no other opportunity to with draw.

  • It's spyware.  They have no intention of allowing you to "withdraw".

    1.  Download and install SpyBot Search and Destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
    2.  Install the program and update it's database.
    3.  Restart your PC into SAFE MODE and log into your User Account.
    4.  Run SpyBot S&D.
