    there is a program on my computer called registry cleaner.  i have tried repeatedly to delete from the computer to no avail.  in the add and remove section, when highlighted and asked to remove, it sends a pop up message stating it is sorry that I have asked to delete it from the computer and then states tha tif I want to keep it and pay for it on a yearly basis they will give me a five dollar coupon.  It ask me if I want the five dollar coupon now, yes or no.  I as redirected to their site to sign up and given no other opportunity to with draw.

    It's spyware.  They have no intention of allowing you to "withdraw".

    1.  Download and install SpyBot Search and Destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
    2.  Install the program and update it's database.
    3.  Restart your PC into SAFE MODE and log into your User Account.
    4.  Run SpyBot S&D.
