    Hullo chaps,
    Does anyone know why i am getting no internet connection to WHS.
    my ISP is virgin with  netgear w/less router.
    Do I need to open ports? what ones?  HELLLLLP. my head hurts.


    Now the laptop drops connection  via w/less connection.
    This is a new copyof whs i got after the 120 day evaluation from amazon.

    Port 80 - HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol)
    Port 443 - HTTPS (Secure Hyper Text Transfer Protocol)
    Port 4125 - Remote Workplace Protocol

    If you are getting no internet connection to your server at all (as in you can't open any website from the server desktop), you should check to see if you installed the driver for your NIC.
