thread stuck in device driver RRS feed

  • On Monday, November 13 I scheduled a call from a Microsoft technician. I received the call at the time it was scheduled and proceeded to spend an hour on the phone while this person attempted to remedy my issue (blue screen error message that states "thread stuck in device driver" that restarts my PC every 3 minutes and started to appear after a Microsoft update on November 7 (no surprise).  He was unable to fix the problem and told me that it was to be escalated to someone else and that I would receive another phone call on Wednesday, November 15 at 4 PM from another technician.  He also asked for my email address and said he would send me an email with some sort of job number. I could not understand exactly what he said. I received no email or no phone call today. What do you suggest I should now do?
