    You are unable to receive emails using your Outlook.com account on the web right? If so, please refer to this article and see if it is helpful.

  • For starters, we need to gather some information from your end so we can provide you the appropriate resolution.

    • Complete link of your domain website
    • Sample email addresses that were having problem when configuring to email client or mobile devices
    • POP and SMTP server settings of your domain
    • Detailed steps that lead you on the error message
