W7 Pro: Suddenly not genuine anymore - After System Restore

Question
-
W7 Professional, MAPS (Action Pack Subscription)
German Version
Activated 1 year ago. Key still valid (checked with hotline)
Error Pop-Up "Auf diesem Computer wird keine Originalkopie von Windows ausgeführt" (No Genuine Copy)
HDD crashed approx. 1 month ago, system image was restored on new HDD
Strange: Diagnostic shows "File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\en-us\user32.dll.mui[hr = 0x80070002]" There is no such file, but there is under C:\Windows\system32\de-de. Why would the diagnostic search under en-us on a German system? Why are there all the "File Mismatch" lines? Why does the checker report "Genuine" if there are troubles. And finally, what should I do now to get things working again?
Any help appreciated!

As you suggest, one of your major problems appears to be the mismatch on the user32.dll.mui fileThis may be for a number of reasons....Please run a full CHKDSK and SFC scan....type in the Search boxCMD.EXEright-click on the only file that is foundSelect Run as Administrator- the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop upAt the Command prompt, typeCHKDSK C: /Rand hit the Enter key.You will be told that the drive is locked, and the CHKDSK will run at he next boot - hit the Y key, and then reboot. The chkdsk will take a few hours depending on the sizeof the drive, so be patient! After the CHKDSK has run, Windows should boot normally(possibly after a second auto-reboot) - then run the SFCSFC -System File Checker - InstructionsClick on the Start buttontype in the Search boxCMD.EXEright-click on the only file that is foundSelect Run as Administrator- the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop upAt the Command prompt, typeSFC /SCANNOWand hit the Enter keyWait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.Post an MGADiag report with details of any error messages encountered.
