off topic - Delete auto populate

  Example:  When you sign on to an account  alot of the time yuor information is stored in the system.. So if i click the first letter of my email... the whoe email will come up... I want to delete that.. How?

   

  Example: If click the space  all the emails that have been entered in that line will come up.. How can i stop that..

   

  I tried goingto Tool..Internet...History....

  But that only helps for the address bar

  I tried to left click the email but nothing comes up so i cant delete it that way either
