  • An analysis of your MGA Report reveals that, unfortunately, you have a counterfeit copy of both Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003.  You'll need to reformat the hard drive and install genuine Windows and genuine Microsoft Office which can be purchased from the Microsoft Store.  You might also consider contacting Lenovo Support and ask them if they can send you their OEM Windows recovery disc that will install the original Windows operating system that came with the computer (which was likely Windows Vista).

What indication of non-genuine Windows do you see, Carey? Yes, it’s a Volume License – but it appears to be properly activated and validated, and the system appears to have come with a valid BIOS SLIC table.
