I have a OneCare subscription, which was activated approximately three months ago. I had to reinstall all components on my computer including Windows Live OneCare software. However, I can't seem to reactivate my subscription and it's really making me livid. I've tried everything. It either tells me I'm not using the original Live Id (which is not true) or I need to "click reactivate" which I can't seem to locate. Please help, I only have nine days left to reactivate, so I'm told

To verify you are using the correct Live ID go to billing http://billing.microsoft.com and sign in using the Live ID and password associated with your one Care subscription. If you cannot sign in you are not using the correct Live ID. If you can sign in and see your One Care account then there might be another issue. Either way you can contact support for help with retrieving your account credentials.
